Are you numbers-savvy, detail-oriented, and love solving problems? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing team!

What You'll Do:

  • Manage collections and follow up on past-due accounts (about 65% of your day)
  • Assist with Accounts Payable coverage when needed (20%)
  • Support consignment account activities (15%)
  • Respond to customer billing questions
  • Post payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
  • Help customers stay on track with their account balances

What You Bring: ? Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting (required)
? Strong 10-key and data entry skills
? ERP software experience
? Excellent communication, grammar, and attention to detail
? Quick learner with great problem-solving skills
